2. Register CHRVA membership and bring your membership card to the tryout:
3. Complete a USAV Medical Release form and bring a printed copy to the tryout:

Additional Tryout may be scheduled for 14s:
- We still have 1 open spot for 14s team. Use the registration form to register and come to the supplemental tryout Monday 11/2 below.
Supplemental Tryout (for all age groups 14-18):
- Tryout Date: 11/2/2026 (Monday)
- Tryout Time: 6:00-8:30PM
- Location: Washington Spencerville Koran Church

Note: We do not charge any additional fees for covering coaches’ travel expenses for away tournaments. The deposit for acceptance is not refundable.
