Club Tryout Instructions

1. Fill out this online registration form and make payment:
  SVA Tryout Registration Form 
   Note: If you are not sure about your qualified age, please check Player Age Definition. 
 
2. Register CHRVA membership and bring your membership card to the tryout:
  Register with CHRVA
 
3. Complete a USAV Medical Release form and bring a printed copy to the tryout:

Tryout for Age Group: 12U, 13U, 14U

Main Tryout:

  • Tryout Date: 10/23/2026 (Friday)
  • Tryout Time: 7:50-9:50PM
  • Location: Clarksville Elementary School
  • Address: 12041 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029

 

Supplemental Tryout:

  • Tryout Date: 10/26/2026 (Monday)
  • Tryout Time: 6:00-8:30PM
  • Location: Briggs Chaney Middle School

Tryout for Age Group: 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U

Main Tryout:

  • Tryout Date: 10/30/2026 (Friday)
  • Tryout Time for 15U and 16U: 5:30-7:30PM
  • Tryout Time for 17U and 18U: 7:30-9:30PM
  • Location: Stonegate Elementary School
